Last week, with the help of Donna, Grace prepared the strawberry sundae from Issue 3 of her Dora Little Cooks Collection.
She had a great time squashing the strawberries, and mixing in the yoghurt and sugar in her special Dora bowl. Then she carefully spooned the mixture into a sundae glass ...
... and was very pleased with the result!
We divided the sundae up into little bowls so we could all have a taste (leaving some for Daddy when he came home from work, of course). It actually tasted lovely. But there was just one problem.
Grace doesn't like strawberries.
She so wanted to enjoy her cooking. She talked about how delicious it was, and had several attempts to eat it. But each time her face gave her away, and eventually she gave up.
Next time maybe we'll try a banana sundae instead!
